After a lifetime of struggle with food & body image…and years of study and clinical work…and now perimenopause…

I’m happy to shout from the mountain tops that there is a way out of the toxic punishment / reward system we have internalised with food & exercise. There is a way to escape the yo-yos. There is a way to never fear food again.
